- Portland - Ant Hill Marketing, a full-service marketing communications and public relations agency, announced it has named Jon Schneider as art director. The agency continues to expand business operations in support of client growth.
Most recently Schneider has served as Ant Hill Marketing's in-house graphic designer. For nearly a year, he has leveraged his branding, advertising and design efforts to help the firm secure new clients. Schneider's accomplishments include designing registration materials, advertising and collateral for Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Schneider also completed initial creative concepts for the Oregon Invasive Species Council awareness campaign and has increased the branding and visual cohesion of Clarity Visual Systems' collateral and web site.
Prior to his employment with Ant Hill Marketing, Schneider supported clients like Intel, Adidas U.S. and Tektronix as a graphic designer with a Portland-based agency. Schneider earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Northern Arizona University in 2002.
As Ant Hill Marketing's art director, Schneider will manage creative development for branding, advertising and other marketing material, maintain the design of current clients' branding and collateral, and assemble internal and external teams for various assignments.
"We're excited to expand Jon's responsibilities," said Grant Kimball, partner and marketing director of Ant Hill Marketing. "During the past year he consistently displayed design expertise while assisting in corporate branding and new business development and proved his ability to support our existing clients. His proactive approach drives not only Jon's success, but his colleagues as well."
